Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to prepare and dispatch your order. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed from the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, your order will be delivered by Royal Mail within 2 to 3 business days. The total estimated time from order to delivery is therefore 3 to 5 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to high demand periods, adverse weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We reserve the right to update our shipping rates at any time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Depending on the Royal Mail service used, a tracking number may be included so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Attempts

If you are not available at the time of delivery, Royal Mail will leave a notification card with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery or collect your parcel from your local delivery office.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. DENI AGENCY LTD cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately at contact@deniclothing.co.uk before your order is dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch confirmation email, please contact us at contact@deniclothing.co.uk and we will investigate the matter with Royal Mail on your behalf.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@deniclothing.co.uk with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
