Our Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from deniclothing.co.uk. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of the date you received your items, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions: it must be unworn and unwashed, it must be in its original condition with all tags still attached, it must be returned in its original packaging where possible.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to you.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at contact@deniclothing.co.uk with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will then provide you with return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit. DENI AGENCY LTD does not provide prepaid return labels except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the outcome. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@deniclothing.co.uk with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement item, subject to availability.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order on our website.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: items that have been worn, washed, or altered, items returned after the 14-day return window, items without their original tags or packaging.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the event that goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
