Delivery & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £100.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the UK only. International shipping is coming soon, stay tuned.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Email us at contact@deniclothing.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll get back to you within 48 hours.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. If you’d like a different size or colour, mention it in your return request and we’ll sort it out for you.
Payment & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted via SSL and processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never store your card details.
Can I pay in instalments?
We’re working on integrating Buy Now Pay Later options (Klarna/Clearpay). This will be available soon.
I was charged but didn’t receive an order confirmation, what should I do?
Check your spam folder first. If there’s still no email, contact us at contact@deniclothing.co.uk and we’ll resolve it promptly.
