7. Returns & Refunds

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without providing a reason.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@deniclothing.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
